Payment methods

Ownership Title to all products sold by Plexido remains with Plexido until full payment has been made to Plexido.

Prices The prices you find on our website are current prices unless otherwise stated. All prices and fees are always stated including VAT. When placing your final order at checkout, you always clearly see all fees and taxes. VAT is always paid by the customer.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to order from us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your guardian's written permission to order.

Delivery Your order is normally delivered within 2-4 business days of your order. We do everything in our power to deliver as quickly as possible, with the reservation of increased delivery time in case of heavy workload. You are also welcome to pick up the mattresses yourself if you have the roads by!

Right of withdrawal

We comply with the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59) § 4 § 1 p and the Consumer Services Act (1985:716) § 42 respectively.
